SHIPPING INFORMATION: We ship UPS unless otherwise indicated. Shipping is calculated in real time from the UPS web site based on the actual weight of your order. We offer shipping to all of the continental US. We will ship to certain international locations and reserve the right to select the best shipping rate available.

You may choose UPS Ground (standard) delivery, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Overnight Air Saver. PLEASE NOTE THAT IT TAKES 24 HOURS TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER. So if you order 2nd Day air, it will actually take 3 days to arrive. Orders placed by 6 p.m. eastern time will generally ship the following business day.

As always, we take extra care in packaging your order, but if products arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at custcare@wizkidtoys.com.

PURCHASE ORDERS ACCEPTED: Purchase orders are accepted from schools and daycare centers. The ship-to address must be the school address, and a phone number and contact person must be included. Terms are net 30 days and limit is $250 on your first purchase order.

MICHIGAN SALES TAX: 6% sales tax will be added to orders shipping to Michigan.

GIFT WRAP AVAILABLE: Don't forget that we can gift wrap most items for a $2.00 fee! If you choose the gift wrap option, and there is an item on your list that we cannot wrap due to size or shape, we will deduct the cost of gift wrap for that item.
